MILAN, MO. -- The preliminary autopsy results are in for a Milan resident found dead outside the Hotel Stanley on Friday, March 15.

Sullivan County Coroner Paul Ruschmeier told KTVO the autopsy indicates Quentin Street, 46, died of natural causes.

Street's body was found on the ground about 10 feet from the entrance to his apartment at the Hotel Stanley, where he had lived for about four years.

Toxicology reports will not be available for a few weeks.
