Chronic DWI offender faces up to 15 years

MACON, MO. -- A Macon County man could be facing up to 15 years in prison following his latest DWI case.
Tyler Baker, 40 of Atlanta, Mo. is facing two counts of DWI chronic offender, following his latest arrests.

He was arrested in February of this year and again in March. Baker has five previous DWI convictions in Macon, Audrain, Boone, Monroe City and Shelby counties.
 
Baker was arraigned on one of the charges, while he's scheduled to be arraigned on April 11th on the other charge.

Baker is being held in the Macon County Jail on $25,000 cash only bond.
