LA PLATA, MO. -- A northeast Missouri man is accused of breaking into a Heartland home while the owner was hiding inside.

Allen Replogle, 21, of Kirksville is charged with first-degree burglary and a misdemeanor count of stealing. He's been released on $20,000 cash only bond.

According to court papers, Replogle is accused of breaking into a La Plata residence while the resident was home.
