Peach Sangria:
1 Bottle (750ml) dry white wine
¾ Cups Peach Schnapps
1/8 Cups White Sugar
1 lb. Peaches, Pitted and Sliced
Directions:
- Slice peaches into wedges
- Place peaches in bowels and “press” sugar into peaches (don’t pound, juice or pulverize, just press)
- Pour Peach Schnapps over the pressed fruit
- Cover and let the fruit mixture rest for at least 15 minutes
- After 15 minutes has elapsed, combine fruit mixture with wine in pitcher
- Put in refrigerator “to work” at least 6 hours, the longer, the better
Peach Mojitos:
8 to 10 Mint leaves
2 Lime wedges
¼ Cups Peaches, skinned and sliced
2 Tablespoons Simple Syrup
2 oz. Peach Rum
2 to 3 oz. Mineral Water
Directions:
- Combine first 4 ingredients in glass and muddle (mash)
- Add Peach Rum
- Fill glass with ice
- Top with Mineral water
- Pour back and forth with another glass to mix well
Spiked Peach Tea
½ Teaspoon Sugar
¼ Cups peaches, skinned and sliced
2 oz. Peach Vodka
Unsweetened Iced Tea
Directions:
- Combine first 2 ingredients in glass and muddle (mash)
- Add Peach Vodka
- Fill glass with ice
- Top with Iced Tea
- Pour back and forth with another glass to mix well
