Ingredients:
1 lb. Spaghetti
3 Tomatoes (diced)
1 Teaspoon olive oil
3 Garlic cloves, minced
1 Teaspoon basil
1 Teaspoon oregano
½ Teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper
¼ Cup balsamic vinegar
1/3 Cup parmesan cheese
Directions:
Cook pasta according to directions. Saute garlic in olive oil for about one minute. Add remaining ingredients expect parmesan cheese. Turn heart to low and simmer, covered for 10 minutes. Toss sauce with spaghetti and parmesan cheese and serve.
