Eddie Lopez, 62, of Unionville, MO, passed away suddenly at his home in Unionville, on Wednesday, January 11, 2012.

Edwin Lopez was born in New York City, NY, on October 22, 1949, the son of Robert and Olga (Laureano) Lopez.  Eddie’s uncle was a cab driver in New York and that’s where Eddie learned to drive.

Eddie had training as a paralegal.  He had lived in Livonia, MO, until he recently moved to Unionville.  He worked part-time for the city of Unionville and also helped Donnell Moore with carpenter work.  Eddie had moved to Livonia from the state of Washington.

Eddie’s request was to be cremated and his cremains returned to Puerto Rico where his brother lives.  There will be no local services.
