In an effort to help Afghanistan recover from economic devastation brought on by decades of war, the Missouri National Guard became the first to deploy an Agribusiness Development Team in 2007 with a mission of facilitating agricultural reconstruction and development in the Nangarhar Province.

Patrol Helicopter team rescues two from rising flood waters

Friday, April 19, 2013 Colonel Ron Replogle, superintendent of the Missouri State Highway Patrol announced Friday that troopers using the Patrol’s helicopter equipped with a short haul rescue line rescued two turkey hunters who became stranded by rising flood waters in Texas County.
