Two young Republican farmers who serve in the Iowa Legislature are trying to make it more appealing for retiring farmers to lease their land to beginners.

Patrol Helicopter team rescues two from rising flood waters

Friday, April 19, 2013 Colonel Ron Replogle, superintendent of the Missouri State Highway Patrol announced Friday that troopers using the Patrol’s helicopter equipped with a short haul rescue line rescued two turkey hunters who became stranded by rising flood waters in Texas County.
