Appanoose County search warrants lead to drug related arrests

APPANOOSE COUNTY, IOWA -- Just after 6:30 Tuesday morning, the Appanoose County Sheriff’s Office, members of the South Central Iowa Drug Task Force, Centerville Police Department, Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, Iowa Division of Narcotics Enforcement and Iowa State Patrol, served four narcotic search warrants in Udell, Iowa.

Search warrants were served at the residence of Jodi Ann Sindt on Main Street, the residence of Cliff Lowe at 4th and School Street, the residence of Nunzio Lloyd on Wall Street and a garage at 5th and Main Street.

During the investigation, evidence conducive of the manufacturing of more than five grams of Methamphetamine was found in a garage at 5th and Main Street.

As a result of the investigation, Cliff Allen Lowe, 40, Jodi Ann Sindt, 49, Nunzio V. Lloyd, 29, and Marilyn M. Lloyd, 28, all of Udell, were arrested.

Cliff Allen Lowe is charged with conspiracy to Manufacture more than five grams of Methamphetamine,  a Class “B” Felony, Possession of a Firearm by Felon, a class “D” Felony, Possession of a Precursor with intent to manufacture Methamphetamine, a class “D” Felony and ongoing criminal conduct, a class “B” Felony. He is being held in the custody of the Appanoose County Sheriff awaiting appearance and bond by a Magistrate.

Jodi Ann Sindt is charged with conspiracy to manufacture more than five grams of Methamphetamine, a Class “B” Felony, ongoing criminal conduct, a Class “B” Felony. She is being held in the custody of the Appanoose County Sheriff awaiting appearance and bond by a Magistrate.

Nunzio Lloyd is charged with conspiracy to manufacture more than five grams of Methamphetamine, a Class “B” Felony and ongoing criminal conduct, a class “B” Felony. Lloyd is being held in the custody of the Appanoose County Sheriff awaiting appearance and bond by a Magistrate.

Marilyn Lloyd is charged with conspiracy to manufacture more than five grams of Methamphetamine, a Class “B” Felony. Lloyd is being held in the custody of the Appanoose County Sheriff awaiting appearance and bond by a Magistrate.
