We conduct title searches and provide title insurance; coordinate escrow closings with area real estate agents and national lenders and publish a bi-monthly Adair County Public Records Bulletin.  Pickell Abstract Company owns an exclusive title plant located in the county for which each office is located.  A plant provides clients with the highest quality title search available with records dating prior to 1900.  We offer services for the counties adjoining Adair, Knox, and Schuyler counties.  We write insurance for First American Title Insurance Company and Agents National Title Insurance.
