MEMPHIS, MO -- The main offices for Northeast Missouri Regional Planning Commission/Rural Development Corporation and Scotland County Public Housing Association is currently operating at a new location in Memphis, MO.
The move to their new office building at 121 S. Cecil Street from 326 E. Jefferson Street (former East School Building) last week was successful. All offices in the facility are fully operational and are back to normal working hours. An open house for the public to view the new facility will be in the near future.
NEMO Regional Planning Commission/Rural Development Corporation serves the counties of Adair, Clark, Knox, Lewis, Schuyler and Scotland and the 33 incorporated cities in those counties.
