JEFFERSON CITY, MO -- The Missouri Police Chiefs Association (MPCA) honors State Sen. Brian Munzlinger, R-Williamstown, as their “Senator of the Year” at a ceremony held on Dec. 6, 2012.

“I would like to thank the MPCA for this year’s award,” Sen. Munzlinger said. “Our law enforcement officers have a very dangerous and challenging job, and I hope they know we are on their side. The work they do is tremendously important, and all of us owe them a debt of gratitude. I really appreciate this honor and look forward to working with police officers again in the coming year.”

Since 1953, the MPCA has provided its members with the resources they need to enhance performance and ensure continued success and effectiveness.

With more than 600 members statewide, MPCA is the leading organization in the field of law enforcement. The membership roster is a virtual "who's who" list of notable local, state and federal law enforcement executives living and working in communities throughout Missouri.
