Summer sun, swiming pool chlorine- has too much time in the sun and pool turned your hair limp, frizzy or made your color fade?

Here's some ways you can fix your summer hair problems with some ingredients found in your kitchen.

1. Add moisture: Blend half of an avocado with two tablespoons of olive oil and apply mixture to damp hair. Leave it on for 20 minutes, then shampoo and condition as normal.

2. Rid Frizz: Use Coconut Oil. Rub a dime sized amount between your hands and then smooth it through your strands and braid them loosely. When you're ready to free them, your hair will have beachy waves with a nice sheen.

3. Boost Faded Color: Tea treatments work! If you're a blonde, opt for Chamomile, and if you're a brunette, go with a black tea. Steep four tea bags in one gallon of boiling water for five minutes. Let it cool before pouring it onto damp hair. Allow the tea to sit for about 10 minutes and rinse.
