Dorothy Annette (Russner) Wichmann died on October 11, 2012 at the age of 93 in Kirksville following a long illness.

Dorothy was born in Detroit, Michigan on November 18, 1918 to William and Etta Russner. In 1940 she married Bernard Wichmann of Chillicothe, Missouri. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, two sisters and her husband.

Survivors include her children, Mary (Bob) Peck of Jacksonville, AR, Bernard (Jackie) Wichmann of Fort Mill, SC, Bill (Peg) Wichmann of Wallace, NC, John (Shawn) Wichmann of Kirksville, and Ann (Bob) Chebnik of Goodrich, Mi. Also surviving are eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren and one sister, Margaret Hrusk of Garden City, MI.

Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday (October 16, 2012) at Mary Immaculate Church with Father Bill Kottenstette officiating. Burial will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday (October 17, 2012) at the Catholic Cemetery in Chillicothe, MO.
