Ingredients:
½ C. slivered almonds
2 C. cooked, diced chicken (or turkey) breast
½ C. sour cream
¼ C. mayonnaise
1/3 C. chopped celery
½ t. salt
1 16-oz. can dark sweet pitted
¼ t. curry powder
cherries, drained well
Directions:
Toast the almonds over medium heat in a dry pan till they turn light golden brown. Blend together the sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, and curry powder in a large bowl. Add chicken, almonds, celery, and cherries. Toss lightly and serve on lettuce. Serves 4.
