MPact Training: Journey to Adulthood

PACT Activity Center

MPACT Training Coming to the PACT CenterThe Adair County SB40 Developmental Disability Board will host a free MPACT training on Saturday, November 10th. The topic will be "Journey to Adulthood" and will provide basic information and strategies to help parents begin a discussion about this important, but often uncomfortable, topic with their sons and daughters. The training will run from 1pm to 4pm and will be held at the PACT Activity Center at 1107 Country Club Drive in Kirksville.The trainings are free and open to the public, but registration is required. Please call Mindy Davis toll free at (877)341-2102 to register. Free respite care is also available during the training by calling (660)627-6291 in advance.MPACT is Missouri Parent Training and Information Center serving all individuals with disabilities and their families. The mission of MPACT is to ensure that all children with special needs receive an education that allows them to achieve their personal goals.
