Kevin Puricelli was raised in St. Louis and graduated from Mizzou with a degree in Atmospheric Science. After college Kevin moved to Texas and covered almost every type of weather under the sun from fires and dust storms to severe weather and blizzards. The worst was in Wichita Falls where they had the worst drought on record and had 100 days of 100° degree temperatures. After four years in Texas, Kevin realized that home is where the heart is and he feels very fortunate to now call Kirksville, Missouri home. He hopes to forecast ample amounts of precipitation so that all the farmers and ranchers have bumper crops to brag about at the local watering hole.
